Earth Day Cleanup and Walkathon

Help North Shore Community College and others celebrate Earth Day here in Lynn Woods. Planning is still in progress for this event, but we are hoping to tackle a number of projects including: invasive weed control, trail repair, Rose Garden maintenance, and litter clean-up.

Trail Maintenance Day

David Kirby Benefit Ride
Date: Saturday, May 5
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (registration)
9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Ride
Donations to the David Kirby fund will be made at the time of registration.
There will be three (3) levels of self-guided tours. The Beginner ride will stick to the fire roads on the west side of the park. The other two rides, intermediate and advanced, use most of the rest of the park. Ride times vary according to the level of user. We hope to conclude all riding activities in time for the raffle events, and the Harpoon Brewery will be holding the Pub Party at a local pub (in Lynn, to be announced) starting after 2:30 p.m.
The Subaru IMBA Trail Care Crew and the New England Mountain Bike Patrol will be there. There are some other planned activities, too.

Boston Cares Corporate Day

Kids' Day

Bring the whole family for this fun-filled annual event, sponsored by the Friends of Lynn Woods. Join us for free outdoor entertainment on stage all afternoon, guided tours of Dungeon Rock, and more activities to keep you entertained and educated.
